Project 1: Research Paper
For this project, we were tasked to write a research paper in groups about any chosen theme.The paper had to relate an environmental concern to the built environment and come up with sustainable solutions.
Given the frequent flash floods in Malaysia, my team's research questions were:
1. What flood mitigation strategies can we implement in Johor, Malaysia?
2. How effective will the sponge city system be in Johor?
Project 2: POSTER
For the second project, we had to choose a building with our group mates but ensure that we each choose a different SDG.
A site visit and an in depth analysis of the SDG were to be conducted on the chosen building. The results had to be presented in a visual poster, stating the targets and indicators of the chosen SDG and how they relate to the building.
