REFLECTION
Architecture History and Theory helped me in understanding of how influential ancient architecture has been and how it has evolved throughout the eras. I learned a lot about how to distinguish between the different architectural styles and how to recognise which era the specific designs belonged to. Classes were fun and interactive, whether physical or digital. The AI Walter bot was of great help when revising for the final examination.
 
Coming to the assignments given, both were very interesting and fun. I can affirm that we have all learned a lot. For Project 1, we had to work in groups, which was a great way to develop my communication, team-building and leadership skills. Also, having to use the BlippAr app, which was new to all of my group members, including myself, helped us in developing our independent learning and critical thinking skills.
 
I specially appreciated project 2, which was about Urban Sketching. I have always been intrigued by this art, but never tried it before. Having the KL Sketch Nation as a guest lecture really helped me in understanding how to proceed. In fact, we were so fascinated by their works that we joined them for the Telekom Muzium sketching program. Despite not being fully satisfied with the outcome, it was fun to execute.
 
Lastly, the lecturers and tutors have all been of great help throughout the whole semester. They all had their own way to make the classes interesting and informative, which was very much appreciated.
